We have been in this “weekly crewed yacht charter business” (Blue Voyage) since 1985; for nearly 40 years!!
We believe we deserve our name also because our boat’s name “ENDERIM” means “I’m rare, unique, my one and only” in Turkish!
We also prefer to spell our name in english as “and dream” which goes very well with our motto:
“The Blue Voyage to dream about…”

We have mostly regular guests coming every year for the last 40 years starting from our very first boat we had owned, and the most loyal two different regular guests have already come for 35 times with us. This must be the loyalty record not only in our Blue Voyage sector but also in any other businesses, we believe. Moreover, it’s our pleasure and pride that we had celebrated our 35th. Blue Voyage Anniversary twice!
I, being the second generation in our business, had the chance to get a B.S. in Tourism and Hotel Management” degree from Bilkent University in Ankara and “MBA in Hospitality Management” degree from IMHI (Institute of Management Hotelier International) a joint program of Cornell-ESSEC in Paris. I’ve always loved being in this sector all my life and have been working full time since 2000 after finishing my studies.
Our crew has been working with us for years as well, especially our chef, Ali for more than 35 years! our other crew members; Tolga for 15 years and Volkan for 3 years.
